1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Conditions for Returns
Only unopened and unused products in their original condition are eligible for return. Opened, tested, or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable: Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products. Gift cards and digital products. Promotional or free items received with your order.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing time: 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
