All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We ship from Switzerland to Switzerland, the EU, and worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:
Switzerland: 2–4 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping for orders over CHF 100 / €100.
Orders below this amount will be charged a flat rate of €7.99 for shipping.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by local authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Tracking updates depend on the carrier and the destination country.
6. Delivery Issues
